Very good for the price
I was skeptical but the mouse is actually very good and helped with my pain. The connection is solid as well. The build quality is on the cheaper side and you will have to use a tape on the On/Off button because it protruding and scratches the surface/mousemat otherwise.

Not Vertical enough!
I'm a new RSI sufferer and this mouse isn't ergonomic at all. It may be at just about a 50° angle. That is not going to solve your problem because your wrist still partially touches the mat. My hand is only 6.5 inch long and I still have to curl my fingers which cause them to be hyperextended, increasing the pain. I guess buying online is not the right way to go about itGuide to a correct vertical mouse:1. You should be able to rest your hand on your little finger, exactly the way you hold a pen and write.2. Angulation of the mouse from the horizontal should atleast be atleast 70°.3. Your fingers should not curl which means the clickers should be as far ahead as possible.4. Clicking should be smooth to avoid pressure.5. Your grasp should be something like holding a tea cup, bent at the junction of your fingers and palms (knucles)

Too small, Feels Brittle
Too small to use. Might fit the hand of a really tiny person, but not meant for an average guy. Also feels brittle and feels like it's going to come apart anytime. The DPI button doesn't work, but not of concern to a causal user.Usage wise, it's pretty smooth. Battery works for nearly a week with 3 hours of usage a day.
