Replacement
I was staying at a hotel & left my Chi hair straightener in the hotel room when I left. Unfortunately it was an identical one to the ones that the hotel provide for the guests. When I contacted lost & found they weren't able to find mine because mine was added to their inventory. At that point I just decided to order another Chi hair straightener from Amazon as I was very pleased with the one I had. This is such a good product I highly recommend it.
