The mat is dense enough to be very comfortable doing yin or restorative yoga, or pilates-type exercises directly on the floor. It is as thick as described, and seems to be of very good quality.

Got this mat for floor exercises and muscle tone routines with elastic resistance bands. It is a good thickness and comfortable enough for an extended period of time. Like the elastic band that came with it to make it easily storable once rolled up. The mat is of good quality and worth what was paid for it. I am 5'9" and it is large enough for my exercise routines. Like that it was available in custom colors like purple which I selected. Would recommend and buy again if needed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted a mat that I could use on a very hard floor and this is the perfect option. It's thick, soft, and firm enough to withstand kneeling on without feeling the hard floor under me. My only complaint is that it's a bit heavier than I would like, but that is the trade off for padding. I like the mat and will use it for weight training classes at the church. It costs more than other mats, but I like the larger size, as I could use it for a sleeping pad if needed. I also love the gentle green color. It rolls into a good sized roll, so not one to carry very far, but comes with straps to keep it rolled for storage.

This is great for yoga. It’s really thick and comfy to lay on. It doesn’t slip around on the floor. It rolls up easy and it’s easy to store. Great value for what you are getting.

I love the color and cushioning of this mat and the carry straps that come with it. I need the extra cushioning for my lower back. And so far it has held up well. One caveat: Because of its thickness, it can be awkward to roll and carry.

Love this mat! No smell when first opening (which is always a plus). The mat is very thick compared to most yoga mats. Perfect for stretching or Yin yoga where you hold poses for a longer period of time. I also find it much easier to do floor yoga and pilates with the improved cushioning.Highy recommend,

This workout mat is so satisfyingly cushiony and squishy. It is the right amount of thickness I was looking for in a workout mat (thick but not too crazy). Perfect for workouts and I also use it for my baby’s tummy time
