Great product!

This over the toilet storage cabinet is really great! The bamboo is great quality and durable, and once it was assembled and up it completely changed the look of our bathroom for the better. No more clutter and random bottles of stuff sitting around…everything now had a home that didn’t fit underneath our sink! The reason for the 4 stars was because when it first arrived, the main screws (28 pieces of hardware A) were missing so we couldn’t even assemble the cabinet. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately saying that they would have the manufacturer directly mail me the missing hardware. Because the manufacturer is in China it took longer than I realized for the missing hardware to get delivered, and I was getting concerned because it was nearing the end of my return window. I contacted the seller a second time explaining my concern and they replied immediately again. They extended my return window by an extra 2 weeks to allow time for the hardware delivery and for us to assemble + try out the cabinet. The hardware finally had arrived literally that evening and once we put it together we loved it! My husband assembled it himself in less than and hour and didn’t have much trouble although he did say the instructions could have been more clear cut. Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase, the product itself, and the seller’s prompt responses. I’m knocking off a star because it got off to a rocky start (at no fault of the seller), and I do wish that the hardware hadn’t been missing at all or take time to receive the missing screws, which dinged the customer experience a little. If this hadn’t happen then this would have been 5 start review, but the seller did save the day! Would buy again if needed!

NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! NOT EASY TO PUT TOGETHER WITHOUT THEM.

Holes didn’t line up so top is wonky, doors don’t close properly and are uneven with each other, I had to drill holes in one piece because they were somehow missing, whole thing is wobbly even with wall anchor, and the steps in the directions were out of order. Really wish I returned it before I put it together.

Obviously this product isn’t of high quality but the real kicker is that if you want to return it you have to pay the postage. The seller will not refund you unless you pay postage which is more than the product itself. Seriously ridiculous.
