Gorgeous. Takes patience to assemble and make it level.
The media could not be loaded. Took a few hours to assemble. Sorta tricky to get the “spokey” piece that holds the bulbs level. Had to play with the tightness of the screws to make it level. otherwise no complaints.

Gorgeous is an understatement
So, be sure you want this item. It comes in a massive box and would be impossible to repack to return to Amazon. The instructions are not useful at all for assembly. I followed the instructions and assembled it wrong. Follow the picture of what it's supposed to look like once assembled on Amazon. Also, I purchased the 39.9 inch chandelier. You need two people to assemble and install this puppy. One person is just their for supporting holding up the structure. Also, I recommend testing the connection before looking everything up. My husband and I intalled it. Total installation time was 4 hours + 2 hours to hang the crystal = 6 hours total. However, it completely adds and finishes the room. I had this chandelier in my cart for over 2 years and did not want to purchase because of the sticker price. It met all my "WOW" expectations. One day I will take it down and assemble correctly. For now... It's a new style.

Obvious miss, poor design for installation
The wire for the light is about 2 feet shorter than the provided chain. The wire should be at least 1 ft longer than the chain. Additionally it should be designed so that you can make the wiring and chain connection first at the ceiling, with one person, and then quick connect the chain and wire to the chandler.

Pretty stunning
The media could not be loaded. I have to say it did beat my expectations. Of course the crystals are not going to be perfect (mine have minor scratches you can see up close) but for $300 you can’t beat it. It’s definitely a RH dupe and is just absolutely stunning to look at. I bought the 27.55” one and it’s perfect for my smaller dining room. My table is 5’ in diameter so they say to stay around 30” diameter for a chandelier. They were correct. It gives that big wow factor. It does take a bit to assemble but my handy hubby had it up in no time and about a 2 hour assembly for the crystals. Use the glove they provide and you’re set! Can’t beat it!

Very high quality comparable to RH lighting
The media could not be loaded. At first, I was unsure if this would be the wrong size but this came in such a huge box I figured it was full of fillers. The box was the true size of the light.. WOW! Everything was packaged very neatly and labeled so there's no confusion. Considered the restoration hardware light for $3500, but after seeing this one I think this will do. The hanging fixture is made of strong black iron, nothing flimsy very high quality. Very very happy and will update after install in my new home.Thank you
