Great pen, but the top does not stay firmly on when placed on the back of the pen while writing. It has flipped off and gone flying during client meetings.

I was really excited to get this pen. When it came in, the look and feel was exactly what I hoped for. I put the pen to paper, and wasn't disappointed. Maybe 3 days and several pages later, I noticed the ink wasn't giving a consistent line. I kept using it for a few more days until it was barely writing. I swapped out the ink it came with for one of the replacements; they looked different so I thought maybe the replacement would fare better. Nope. Same thing. I've tried pulling apart some other pens I've found in various places to see if their ink would fit but no luck. So I'm not longer using this pen.
