This little pill organizer is so dang cute. I take a LOT of vitamins and supplements every day, so while it may seem large for some people, I like the spacious six compartments. Even when I traveled with it and it was being shaken and bumped, all the pills stayed in their compartments. The only issue I have is that you have to pick every single pill out rather than being able to dump it into your hand like other pill organizers that have the individual flap over each compartment, but hey, this thing looks so adorable, I don't even care!

Wasn't what I expected. If you don't open right everything spills out and the days get mixed up. Would not recommend for small medications design is cute but definitely not what I expected it to be.

I'm always on the lookout for novelty, cute but functional things. This is a fun mini suitcase doubling as a medicine/pill travel case or whatever. I love it.

I tried several pill boxes for travel and either they are too big or too small holding only smaller pills and don't hold larger vitamins or mg pills. This particular box is deep and I was able to pack 2 weeks worth of all my medications. It has a secure lock and even though the compartments don't have their own lids, all the pills stayed where they are supposed to in my carry on bag. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
