First the smell is really strong..Second they don't last long... I used them a few days and through them away.. the foam on the edges under the heels was already worn out and small pieces detached.Guess I'll try something else.

I think these are a decent product. I slip them into various pairs of golf shoes. Unfortunately I play all of my golf early in the morning when the grass is wet which is murder on my shoes and hence these insoles don’t last terribly long. I suspect the insoles would last much longer under regular/normal use conditions. I will probably order these again however since they are better constructed than many disposable insoles I have purchased over the years.

This product has shown to be effective. I use them in a pair of shoes that I wear about 10 hours per day. They last up to 3 months under this circumstance.

These worked well the first few days but then were not very comfortable for work boots

They are surprisingly good. Last a long time. I'd buy again.
