It does make u feel and look taller.. it feels soft of the heels and helps with posture.. not so good when walking or running. Maybe its just me and not so used to the added height. I’ve tried several heel inserts over the years..Due to an accident, my left leg is 2 1/2 inches shorter than my right…It’s caused problems over the years… particularly in my lower back…Otrthodics, surgeries… helped… but didn’t solve problems…Then I tried these…..Whoa! These do not work for me at all. First of all the adhesive doesn’t hold well so they don’t really stick inside your shoes. If the back of your shoe is low-cut, then most of your heel is going to be outside of the shoe. Also, my feet do slide forward and are putting more pressure on the balls of my foot and toes. Miserable In these after a couple of hours. Useless

I have wore these in my shoes everyday for a year and my back feels 100x better and my feet do not hurt anymore
