A very good product as long as it lasts... Mine died all of a sudden one fine day...tracing the customer service ...will update

A very good product as long as it works. Mine stopped powering up all of a sudden. No service centres. No service backups. Local computer repair guys don’t know anything about the product. No circuit diagram provided.I tried reaching them on email. They ask to ship the device to China for service which will cost more than a new device…. Better stay away from this device unless u stay in China.
