Q: Does anyone know the installation torque on the wheel? Not the cap, the wheel...I don't want to over compress the rubber gasket.

Hello, attach the nut inside of the rim to the valve stem threaded body. Take care not damage the gasket at the base of the valve stem.

Q: What's the maximum pressure in PSI that these are rated for?

The valve stem torque is setting for 7Nm to 10Nm

Q: These stems leak. Is there a trick to prevent this or do I send back?
