Is this quilt 100% Cotton?

Face is 100% cotton, back is 100% polyester, embroidery is 100% rayon and fill is 96% cotton, 4% other fiber. I have had this for a while and it washes great!

Are the risers burgundy? And would a burgundy skirt look good with it

I’m not sure what you mean by risers if it’s roses yes they are burgundy. It would look really good with a burgundy skirt. This washes up really nice.

No mine came shrunk wrapped but the package looks good and this product is amazing very good quality I got it for my mom and she loved it it looks so good in her bed it makes the room I hope this helps you out
