Q: If the refill doesnt come with pump which item do i hav to buy in order to get the pump that will work with refillable bottle?

Buy the whole one with the pump first and then keep the pump when its empty to use when you buy the refill.

Q: Does this 6.7 ounce bottle come with a pump? It doesn't look like it does.

The first one I ordered did then I ordered a refill, changed the cap and pump. You have to have a pump since it comes out as foam.

Q: I have old 6.7 bottle for this product with pump and I switch tops or do I need to pour into old bottle?

I poured it into my old bottle. My pump was a different size than the refill. I have used the original pump bottle for years. Also have a travel size that I refill.
