DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! MY FIRST ONE OF THESE LASTED FOR 3 YEARS AND THE FABRIC AROUND THE EAR PIECE WAS PEELING SO I ORDERED A NEW ONE IN FEB 2025 AND IT JUST BROKE! THE BUTTON TO TURN IT ON WILL NO LONGER FUNCTION SO IT IS USELESS. I DO NOT USE IT FREQUENTLY BUT NEED IT DUE TO HAND INJURIES AND DIFFICULTIES HOLDING MY CELL PHONE. I EXPECTED THIS PRODUCT TO LAST MUCH LONGER THAN A FEW MONTHS ESPECIALLY AFTER THE LAST ONE LASTED SINCE 2022 AND I ONLY REPLACED DUE TO A MINOR ISSUE BUT IT WAS STILL WORKING. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT?

Works like it should - good sound quality for calls and comfortable to wear. I have 90% hearing loss in one ear, so it's actually better to use mono headphones!

I run the front desk at a small medical office and have found that using a headset is the only way to avoid neck pain (aka taco neck), especially on days when the phone calls don't seem to stop. The plantronics Bluetooth headset I was using was small (ear bud type with a longer boom mic) and most patients couldn't tell I was wearing it; this gets to be a problem when people are constantly thinking you are talking to them when you are actually on a call. I decided to order this headset because of its larger profile, as people would see a headset and possibly make the connection that I was on the phone.I tested it with my cell phone upon receiving it and was thrilled by the comfort, as well as the clarity during calls. I was super excited to try it out at work. Unfortunately, I was unable to pair it with the panasonic kx-tgf380 base unit. After some research it appears that the headset does not have HSP (headset profile) capabilities. This was extremely disappointing, but since the price was way below what I expected to pay for a good office headset, I wasn't all that surprised. I decided to keep it to use in the car, and if that is what you are looking for I would highly recommend! But if you are hoping to pair this with an office phone, be aware that it may not work out.

I use one for occasional calls and podcasts in an older car and another at my desk for music or videos and am quite happy with them. Fantastic battery life and both have been working just fine for a year and pair easily with everything I've tried.
