Modern and Stylish
I bought this to match our new kitchen with white units and grey tiling. We’ve got sage green accessories which is subtle but works well. The kettle itself is great, boils quickly and the blue light adds to the aesthetics. I’ve not had it long but know it’s reliable as we had the black version before and it’s lasted for ages!

Looks good and works well.
I bought this some time ago, and it's still working perfectly. Looks good. Boils quickly and not too loudly. A good brand at a good price on Amazon, so I'd happily recommend.

Ideal for those with restricted mobility.
Mum's arthritis in her hands makes many tasks that were once very simple much more arduous these days. This kettle has proven ideal. Firstly, it is lightweight, so it is not too heavy to lift when completely full. The neat button on the lid makes it easy to open and refill under the tap. There is an easy-to-use water indicator both internally and externally for those who want to boil one or two cups at a time, reducing their energy usage. It is attractive to look at, and is easy to wipe clean, which is important to me as I wouldn't say I like grubby fingerprints on kitchen items. The construction appears robust and of decent quality, so I expect the kettle to last a few years. The design is classic enough to fit in with a wide range of decoration styles and looks nice left out on the worktop. It sits on the cordless base nicely, with no concerning wobbles.I would recommend it to others, particularly those with disabilities who live alone or who just want a kettle of reasonably good quality for a sensible price. I am very happy with this purchase.

Dial up Excellence
This was a replacement appliance for my mum aged 95. Both mum and her carers find this exceptionally straightforward to use as the dials are so clear. The microwave has a nice appearance and is very easy to keep clean. It suits Wiltshire Foods meals as the cooking times start at 700watts. The food is evenly heated. We are delighted with our purchase.

Toasts quickly
Been using this for a few days and find it toasts the bread quicker than other toasters I’ve used. Looks very stylish on the counter top. Very happy with the purchase

Excellent Kettle
This is our fourth one of these, actually the first 3 were the smooth finish outside but the product is basically the same otherwise. I suppose that does mean they only last about 2yrs but then we probably use it 5 times a day, at least. Having tried glass, stainless steel and other plastic kettles, this design seems perfect to me. The kettle lights up with a pleasing blue LED light so you know it is on. It is quick and not too noisy but I have yet to encounter a whisper quiet kettle and this is not one either. It is a plastic finish and this means the outside of the kettle does not seem to get too hot and is easily wiped clean. The level viewing window is clear enough and it is easy to see the water level. The kettle is easy to fill, either by flipping the lid or via the spout. It pours well. The only downside is that the fine plastic mesh filter on the spout does break after a while but you can get replacements and I think the same problem applies to all kettles unless of course they do not have a filter at all.Stainless steel kettles get too hot I think. Glass kettles look good but they also get hot and are heavy and if you live in a hard water area then the water just looks horrible anyway. Stainless and glass kettles are also more expensive so you pay more for a less good outcome in my opinion. Some kettles I have bought had a strange taste to the water. This kettle does not. Also, this one really looks quite smart although beauty is of course in the eye of the beholder and kettles are only an everyday item. Still, good design deserves a mention.

Worked Well… Until It Caught Fire!
I bought this Russell Hobbs Honeycomb 4-Slice Toaster to replace a smaller 2-slot model and expand my toasting capacity. At first, it worked really well—the design looks nice on the counter, the extra-wide slots fit thicker bread easily, and the adjustable settings gave me consistently good toast. The high-lift function was handy for smaller items, and the cancel button was useful for stopping the toast before it overdid it.However, after two years of use, it caught fire! This happened just after the standard guarantee expired, and unfortunately, I hadn’t registered for the extra year’s warranty, so it wasn’t covered. Not exactly what you want from a toaster! That said, while it lasted, it did the job well.Pros:✅ Nice design – Looks great in the kitchen.✅ Wide slots – Perfect for thicker bread and crumpets.✅ Adjustable browning levels – Toasts evenly (when settings are dialled in).✅ Handy cancel button – Stops toasting instantly.✅ Crumb tray is easy to remove – But fills up quickly.Cons:❌ Durability issue – Mine caught fire after two years.❌ Crumb tray fills up fast – Needs frequent emptying.❌ Mixed toasting speed – Some batches seemed to take longer than expected.Final Thoughts:This toaster worked well while it lasted, but I was expecting more than two years of use before a serious failure. If you register for the extended warranty, it might be a solid buy, but based on my experience, I’d look for something more durable next time.Would I recommend it? Not sure—it’s good while it lasts, but that might not be long enough!
