Love whole foods based Vitamin B complex But I ordered a "two pack" just to save a few dollars on the per unit costs and only received one bottle of standard 30 day servings.It's a good whole foods based way to get NATURAL forms of these important mitochondrial and metabolic energy pathway signaling nutrients. The synthetic versions of some of the alternatives use cyanide based synthetic Niacin forms. This is also a great way to supplement when doing the popular Keto Intermittent and sustained fasting protocols since its hard to get food based nutrients when fasting (even though the body does make adjustments on vitamin loads to compensate for tasting).Edit: Amazon made good on the fulfillment shortage and recredited me.
