Gift, very excited to place it within my garden.

We got this turtle to add a little flare to the mulch bead under one of our front trees, and it is very nice. Despite being resin, is looks more like bronze, and is light enough to move for an adult, but heavy enough that the kids leave it where it's placed. It is very sturdy, as had been proved by both my 4 and 6 year old children climbing all over it. The details are very well done and the design is very whimsical, like something out of a fairy tell. My brother has a pig similar to this in his yard, but it is concrete and has started to crack, which should not be an issue with this item, which is an added bonus. All in all a very nice piece.

I didn't get the turtle shown on this page, unfortunately. The one on this page has a flat back, perfect for seating options. Since my oldest child loves turtles, I thought this would be a fun seating option for reading/learning times. (I try to have various little areas through the house for those times.) The one we got has a regular, rounded back, which isn't perfect for seating. Also, there's a little hole on the side of his face. I don't know whether it happened here or if it was already there, but either way, he's more delicate than I thought he'd be. The inside has a chalky look to it and now I'm scared it's going to break super easily. Otherwise, we love him. He's big and semi-realistic looking.

The Turtle is disintegrating - large holes are appearing on the legs and side, as if it's melting. It hasn't been exposed to anything other than rain in the back yard. Very disappointed can't contact the seller.

I love this resin turtle. He's solidly built, pretty sturdy, and cute. It looks like stone but is resin. If I had any artistic ability I might would even paint him. I had him out back but my mini schnauzer kept barking at him and lifting his leg on it. Then he would stand on the shell and pretend he was king of the hill and had captured this giant tortoise. I cleaned the poor guy up and moved him out front where the crazy dog does not go. So many people have complimented me on him. Guess I need to give him a name before spring time.

I like that this statue can be used as a stool or small plant holder. The statue is sturdy and capable of supporting my weight and buttocks when sitting. I like that the bottom of the statue includes a drainage hole. Overall, the detail, design and size of this statue is a great fit for my outdoor decor.

We ordered the flat top tortoise but received the large round top, which we adore. He's placed in our yard and looks like he owns the place. Recommended!

The craftsmanship of this Turtle "garden statue" is outstanding! He is beautifully detailed and sturdy. He's not huge or super heavy which is a plus for people who can't lift a ton, but has enough weight that he will stay securely seated wherever you put him. "Houssy" has become our decorative house turtle because he's too nice to live outside 😅. He makes a great plant stand, and is good at giving the "judgy side eye" as you can see. He'd make a great addition for any yard, plant room or turtle lover. He's a little pricey, but if he's in your price range - you'll love him🐢
