I received an Authentic product with a Jumbo warranty card inside. Package was complete although I was expecting the neck strap to be a bit more high quality similar to the straps of the A7 series. It also lacked a lens and body cap which was a bit disappointing. Battery came in drained and needed a full charge.

Although the camera is in prestine condition but Jumbo Electronics kinda neglected users rights to have the warranty details. Even it is still unknown to me to where to register my camera.

This is my first camera and I really liked the built and quality of the images captured. Received on time

I order this camera there was no battery and sd cards when my friend orders he got battery in it 😞I returned it but till now I didn’t receive my refund
