How thick are the handles.

hard to measure, but about as think as a quarter, the handle is really sturdy, I hate when you can bend the spoon if it is too thin. The handle is sturdy, the spoon part is a little flexible but not using these to scoop ice cream. Hope this helps, really nice spoons and great price.
