Was a little leary when I made this purchase but I am extremely impressed with this rotary cutter. It works well with my standard rulers and great with the true cut raised edge rulers. I have been cutting small 2 in squares, 3 1/2 in and 3 1/2 by 6 1/2 rectangles since receiving. My cutting is so much more accurate, even when using regular quilting rulers. I have not gotten those wavy cut lines while using this. The blade change out process is an amazing one touch button release! All blade components come out together, swap blade, flip components in, push to click and done. I would buy this again and again over the quilters select and Olfa cutters I now own..

I had never used the true cur rotary cutter before, after I got it decided to order the true cut ruler also, OMG what a difference in rotary cutting.

It is very comfortable to the hand for sure. Very lightweight.

I absolutely love this. It’s actually my second I misplaced my first. The first one I got on a deal from Grace for the cost of shipping and I waited a good while before I caved afraid it would be the same ole same, I couldn’t afford the rulers with it at the time so I’ve used it with just my quilting rulers and it’s awesome, it’s so much more comfortable on my hands and wrist (I have carpel tunnel and tennis elbow) I’d been using it for about two years and I misplaced it so I wanted to cry;) I was going to order from Grace co. again but need it right away so I ordered it from Amazon and even though I paid a bit more it’s still well worth the money it’s a great value in my opinion. I found the ruler on here for about $20 less and really thought about buying one but the more I thought about it actually started watching the way I cut. I realized I hold the cutter at an angle it’s more comfortable on my hand. If I used the cutter and the ruler with the lip, I would have to use it straight up and down for it catch and hold and that would really do more harm to my carpel tunnel and tennis elbow, even if it’s an ergonomic. so while I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the rotary cutter just thought I’d pass on food for thought to anyone thinking of also buying the cutter. Give serious consideration to the way you actually hold the cutter before also buying the rulers it may save you some money. But definitely get the rotary cutter it’s great for you and would make a great gift for the sewists and quilters in your life.

I bought this b/c it was recommended and honestly didn’t even look at the details of it. I was excited to find you can make it for a right or left hand and that it was easy to change! The angle is awesome and between that and a fresh blade I was very happy with how it cut. I used it on one of the Grace rulers and a cheap standard one and it was great with both. I’m officially a fan.
