Really easy to install, comes with a plastic tool to remove the old ear cups. I had the best success starting at the top of each ear, and once you lever up one of the tabs, the rest of them just pull out by hand. Then the new cups just snap in easily. Pads are comfortable and they look just like the originals.

These worked out really good. The material is very close to original.

I was concerned about being able to do the replacement myself, but it was amazingly easy - 2-3 minutes:1 - following their instructions, just pried up the pad on one side with the little tool they sent until I heard a click and then continued around all sides2 - placed the new pad so it lined up and then pressed down until it clickedThe new pad is as pleasant to wear as the original one and seems to be high quality.Note: one thing I did not think of - MY Sony WH-1000XM2 is a light color and the original pads were light color - the new pads are black. Not really a problem, I'm getting used to the two-toned look.

These were a perfect fit for my 1000 mx2 headset, which now looks like new. Also comfortable and sound quality is as good as the originals. I just installed them, so I can’t comment on durability,but so far no problems and these are highly recommended.

I purchased this pair of pads based on customer reviews and Amazon recommendations, but I am disappointed with my purchase. First of all I must say that I was certain that I would not receive exactly the same pads as the original ones, but what I got is quite far from that expectation.1. Cushion. It is not, much less comfortable. Let's say I expected 75% less compared to the original but in the end I got 25% compared to the original.2. Since comfort is linked to thickness and is already an issue, of course this will affect the ANC function of the headphones. I can hear sounds from outside almost like the old ones that I already needed to replace.3. Easy to install and fit well. However, one of the pads started moving as if it didn't quite fit as it was supposed to. I have removed it and replaced it but something is not right and the attachment points are not damaged or broken either.In the end, I will have to put up with these that I have bought due to the lack of options that are reliable and worth spending money on.

Found these while searching videos for a way to replace worn-out Sony headphone earpads. The Sony WH-1000XM__ headphones aren't cheap, but the electronics outlast daily usage of the earpads. By the same measure, these earpads complemented the high-end headphones well. They are comfortable and look like OEM. This brand also makes them for older Sony models. All-in-all, you save allot of money compared to buying a whole new set of headphones and your ears don't know the difference.
