These lamps are incredibly nice for the price! They are not light-weight. They are super easy to assemble. Literally took less than 5 minutes each without needing the instructions. These lamps WILL accept energy-efficient bulbs. Shades are well made and fairly thick. I bought these as a set for the Master Bedroom because the scroll design matched the scroll design in our King Sleigh Bed and our carpet-rug design. Beautiful accessory in the room. I put 75 "watt" energy-efficient bulbs in and I can read by that light perfectly fine. However, the lamp will tolerate up to 100 "watt" intensity. This is not a 3-way light-intensity lamp. The switch to turn the lamp on is super easy and would be gentle for arthritic fingers. I lucked out getting this purchase considering the quality. The lamps come packed extremely well. There is almost no way they could possibly arrive damaged unless a Mack truck ran over them. If I had to return them, it would have been easy. I am NOT returning them!

Talk about the wow factor - WOW!!!!!! These lamps are just beyond beautiful and everything I’ve wanted plus more! I really got my money’s worth on this one! The details, the shipping (faster than expected) the wrapping of the product. Geeze! If I could give 10 stars, I would. The quality of these lamps are solid, not cheap and they are very sturdy! The details on the base is just beautiful!

I rarely do reviews though I always appreciate them. Have to get better with it. These lamps are beautiful!!! I really struggled with finding the right pair for my bedside tables and these are perfect. They are substantial but because of the transparency through the design, they allow backround to come through so they're not dense looking at all. The light they cast is bright enough to read by and the shape of the shade is really soft looking, very classy without being overstated. They are very sturdy and well made. I have a metal frame on my bed and they look great with it. So, there you go! I highly recommend them!

I thought these lamps were bronze but they are black with bronze painted on the trim. There were a few blemishes ontop of the scrollwork on one of the lamps (see pictures). So I touched it up with a marker. Those are the reasons I gave a 3 star rating instead of 5. The lamps were a birthday present so I kept them. They are a nice looking lamp just not the color I was looking for and alittle expensive.

Beautiful lamps and they work great!

I gave the lamps a 4 out of five star rating only because one was a lil crooked at the base but the lamps are beautiful still. They look and feel like they could have cost a lot more but for the price they are extremely nice and weighty. They're not gonna knock over easily. I still recommend them because I'm sure all of them aren't crooked and someone would have to be looking awfully hard to just notice. Mine are in my bedroom and they are a great addition! I'm happy & I do recommend them.

These lamps are the perfect finishing touch in my recently redecorated bedroom. They arrived quickly, in great condition, and were very easy to assemble. The price is extremely reasonable and does not sacrifice quality. I love the classic styling and linen shade. They are absolutely perfect for me and I could not be happier.

Perfect size for my bedroom night stands. Even came with light bulbs. The shade is a golden tan. I was a little hesitant when 2 reviews said the base was a bit crooked. One of my lamps that was like that, but I was able to twist it to the correct position. Very happy with them.
