When I first bought this product, I was concerned about the washers. They were white. (See the first two pictures).So I complained to the seller about the fact that the washers didn't match the picture. And they were kind enough to give me an immediate refund.Then I purchased this spigot: KES K1060 Replacement Spigot for Beverage Dispenser SUS304 Stainless Steel 5/8" or 16mm, Polished Finish just for the washers. When the spigot came I noticed that the washers were covered with a navy blue layer of plastic protection.It took a couple of days to process in my molasses-bound brain. But I suddenly had the thought that perhaps the original washers that I THOUGHT were white were actually stainless steel with a white protective covering. So I tried to scrape the white off and lo and behold, INDEED, the washers were stainless steel protected by white plastic.So I disassembled the spigot, installed the stainless steel washers and everything is wonderful. (Check out the rest of the pictures).Summary: the seller is great. They gave me the benefit of the doubt, even when I turned out to be wrong. The item DOES match the advertising picture, just be sure to take off the plastic protective coating on the washers. The spigot is wonderfully smooth. After I discovered that the mistake was actually mine, I called up Amazon and asked them to charge me the refund amount and send it back to the seller; which they did. I was attracted to this tap for its looks as it complements all my new faucets (kitchen and bar) and added a modern twist to my beautiful new water dispenser. Before purchasing, I had concerns that this "beer beverage" tap might operate awkwardly for a water dispenser—once installed all worries washed away.I would've given it 5 stars but the washers that come with it were slightly off for our dispenser, and we used the ones for the tap that came with the water dispenser for a much more snugly perfect fitting.Overall, great tap and gets the looks from visitors.

Purchased a 2 gal beverage dispenser with plastic spigot put a richwealth stainless steel spigot in works great.

When the package arrived the washers were too small. I didn't get around to working on the project till over 30 days therefore was not able to figure out how to return item. Upon close examination the inside of the spout was rusty too.

looks nice. The metal washers that sandwich the rubber washers inside and outside the container were not drilled to the correct size they were to small I had to modify to make work. the spout doesnt flow very well either.

I love the style and finish of this spigot but it leaks.

Rusted within 2 months of use with water. I do not recommend this product.Truly disappointed.
