I have used Amcrest POE cameras for quite some time now and I am impressed with their quality and reliability. I use a POE switch and manage them via Blue Iris, which makes setup quick and easy, and installation is straightforward thanks to the simple one screw assembly. The 5x zoom feature is one of my favorites, and it does not compromise image quality even when zoomed in. The auto focus feature is also very useful. Compared to my old cameras, the focal length of 2.7mm captures more real estate, which is great. I have also noticed that the camera remembers my zoom settings even after a restart. The H.265 compression is excellent, using low bandwidth at its maximum resolution. The cameras are rated IP67, so I have not had any issues with weather. For the price, these cameras are a great option for anyone looking for a reliable security solution.

Whoever wrote the instruction manual on how to operate this camera needs to be fired...it's just so bad. Tried to understand what was what for 2 hours before giving up...And then that serial number glitch that ok re ebts your from using one of 2 apps for the same camera and that has still not been fixed even though it's been mentioned many times...

This is my (I have lost count of the number of Amcrest products I own) Amcrest product. Time after time they continue to deliver a solid product at a decent price. This camera is a beast in terms of its all metal housing that can take a literal beating to his feature rich options. The AI performs as advertised being able to tell you if it detected a human, a car or even a face. It functions better then my Ring camera as my Ring camera keeps telling my cat is a human when he shows up on my porch. But my favorite feature is the zoom, this is a optical zoom and not some digital zooming like other cameras on the market. You mount this camera on the side of your house and you can zoom in on your driveway and read the mail in the mailbox if you wanted to. This is another amazing camera that is a beautiful addition to my setup at allow me to customize my setup versus a take it or leave it approach presented by others. Love the fact that I can pick my own storage options as well, I can do local storage on a MicroSD card on the camera or use my NVR, or you can upgrade and pay for monthly cloud access. But the option is yours and you are not forced to pay just so can use your camera. I can access my NVR anywhere in the world without a monthly fee.

I own a few different Amcrest model cameras. This one is really nice, has great features and was easy to install and setup like all Amcrest cameras.Love the 4k picture. Night vision is very clear and bright. The optical zoom works really well. And the wide angle is a nice feature.Amcrest makes a well built, tough, and feature loaded camera. This model is no different. Easy installation and setup. It has A.I. and a ton of recording options.5/5 I would recommend.Another great Amcrest product.

Impressive, easy install, plug-n-play. I like this, perfect for my needs.Update 11/24/24, camera still working well, Amcrest Surveillance Pro software is a bit clunky to use, web software is stable and easy to use using Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Edge. Curious how Blue Iris would do. Anyway, you'll love picture quality and ease of use. You have Internet, you'll like using Amcrest View pro.Love the built-in microphone. You'll have to mute it when it is windy. I'm thinking to buy another!
