DEWALT Store: DEWALT TSTAK II V2.0 Tool Box (DWST17807), Front Handle, Top Handle, Flat Top
This is another purchase of the DeWALT TSTAK products for me. I began putting together a TSTAK system at the end of last year and I really like these products. They are tough, they fit together well, and they integrate with the smaller DeWALT ToughCase+ containers, as well. The DeWALT TSTAK cases are made of quality materials, they are very durable, and yet, still portable. The DeWALT TSTAK products are made predominately of polypropylene polymer (for the case body, top, and handles) and they also use Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) for the latches used to connect the individual components of the TSTAK system. Most of the case handles are over-molded with a Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) coating to make carrying heavy cases a little easier and more secure. Also, they employ all steel over-center latches to secure the case’s top to the bottom, a steel hinge pin to connect the top and bottom sections together, and the ABC latches utilize a steel hinge pin for strength. Finally, I like that most of the TSTAK V2.0 products have an IP54 rating, though the rating could be higher if DeWALT would add a resilient seal into the top of the case. This box is particularly well liked because it has a handle on the flat top and also on the front of the tool box.I have finally begun to organize my tools thanks to these cases. I have purchased polyethylene foam that is custom cut to fit DeWALT TSTAK boxes. I have also purchased uncut foam that I have begun to cut myself to fit the DeWALT TSTAK boxes. This foam has custom fitted spaces cut into the foam, but not completely through the foam, to cradle specific tools within the cases, such as these TSTAK II cases. The DeWALT foam comes in the all-black variety and other sellers offer red and black multi-layer foam and some others offer yellow and black multi-layer foam. The yellow and black multi-layer foam looks particularly sharp when it is used to hold my DeWALT tools.I did not intend to buy two more DeWALT TSTAK II cases, but Amazon lured me in with a particularly good sale price on these cases. Shame on me, I should have more resistance to tool sales.

Rugged, Organized, and Built to Last
The DeWalt TSTAK system has completely transformed how I store and transport my tools. The build quality is rock solid—feels tough enough to handle daily use without worrying about cracks or busted latches. The stackable design is super convenient, and it locks together securely so everything stays in place during transport.I love how customizable it is depending on what I need that day. Whether it’s power tools, hand tools, or detailing supplies, everything has its place. Definitely worth the investment if you want a dependable, professional storage solution.

These are awesome.
Wow. Fortunately I did not listen to some of these reviews. These boxes have been serving me for several years. They are not Milwaukee or Ridgid. They don’t provide accessories that attach to the sides of the boxes. They don’t look as cool. I don’t live out of my mobile tool boxes. I’m not a tradesman. I’m an average guy that has 3 homes, one with farm property. And I need tools when something breaks or is damaged. And they are in 3 different areas so I need to bring tools with me or have them with me. I have 2 of the deep tool boxes, 1 base deep box with wheels and 3 or 4 of the shallow or regular depth box plus 6 deep small parts organizers and 3 shallow small parts organizers. I’ve bought several of these on amazon with zero issues. I’ve bought the others at a big box store. I paid attention to price when I made those purchased. I’ve never paid the retail price. Always reduced price.I’ve purchased the craftsman’s version (black and red) that also attaches using the same system. I don’t want to spoiler alert anyone but “ it’s the same system” made by the same manufacturer. They just have different names on them. The Versastack and Tstak systems connect together. Stacked up they would be over 10 fee tall.I’ve spent less than $400 on all these boxes. Had I bought Milwaukee boxes, they would have cost 3 times that. Now I don’t drop my boxes from a third story window or drag them behind my truck or run them over with the mower and then complain that they got scratched or broke. I’ve had 3 for at least 5 years. They don’t look pretty but they latch, keep tools dry, connect together, and everything organized. Exactly what I bought them for. Oh, and I know that I’ve read that someone had stickers on his box from shipping, read the one that says “Guaranteed rough” if it fails to perform due to craftsmanship or material. Hello? Keep proof of purchase and take it back. I have yet to experience any issues with any of my boxes even after dropping them on concrete floors. I think some just post bad reviews for their own agenda. Quit buying Dewalt at a third the price of Milwaukee and complain it isn’t Milwaukee.

Love this line of toolboxes | T-stack
Didn't mean to become a Dewalt toolbox person, but I had a good one, and this one fits on top of mine. I think they can be locked together but that makes my combo too heavy. I added another one with good separations to keep screws, bolts and misc in good sight and semi-organized.

Internal Size lot smaller than external size.
Like all of Dewalts products, nice solid toolbox for the price, only problem I have with it is the internal space, the measurements are:Outside 17.3 wide Inside 14.25 wide13.0 deep 10.75 deep6.5 high 4.25 highYou lose a lot of space due to braces and pockets for the handles. The top pocket for the carrying handle really reduces the inner space. These measurements give you the maximum size one object could fit. You do have more height in the corner areas for smaller objects.
