I grew up using effervescent vitamin C, and I've found that effervescent absorbs much faster and better than typical pills or powders.This effervescent formula combines multiple vitamins, the key ones for flu/cold are C, D, and Zinc (backed by research studies). It also contains herbs like echinacea that are also supposed to bolster the immune system.I take one of these as soon as I start to feel a tiny whiff of symptoms, it works really well to nip the illness in the bud. My kid said it upsets his stomach (I've never had an issue with it) so for some you may need to take it with some food.The taste is good, it smells good, and it works really well for those starting to get flu/cold symptoms. I highly recommend it if you can afford it, as it is quite expensive compared to other vitamins you can get off the shelf.

I’ve been using Airborne for many years. I travel for work so I’m on an airplane every other week. I drink an Airborne every day I’m out of town and I have yet to get sick from traveling. I don’t use it when I’m home unless I feel like I’m trying to get sick. I’m convinced that taking it when traveling is giving me the boost of vitamins I need. It dissolves quickly, taste great, easy to use and easy to travel with. This keeps me healthy when I travel which is super important to me.

Well I used to work for the company that mfr this and got for an excellent price at the company store and then go back to my desk, break half into a glass and drink my way to health. We had real glass glasses at work which went into a dishwasher with the company's equally excellent dw product and I would note the collection of glasses were getting a film on them. So, I never bothered partaking of this at home.No longer working for the company, COVID shortages later and I started thinking about this stuff during current flu season. Not knowing anyone else still with that company now I bit the bullet and paid retail on amazon here for it. I don't generally use my glass glasses at home and use my usual hard plastic ones. Whoa, boy does this stuff leave a film on plastic. Even the ex-company's excellent dw product (which alas I also pay retail for now) can't budge this. I knew going and using this again it would happen and it can be removed "mechanically" with a soapy paper towel scrubbing. You actually have to rub it off. Small price to pay for health? I don't know LOL This comes in other forms, gummies I think too but I have always used the berry stuff because it tastes good and I am just not the biggest fan of gumming gummies.

These are absolutely perfect for me. I actually didn't buy these for the immunity effect, but instead for the exact vitamins I've been looking for without the ones I don't need (I don't need B vitamins, Biotin, etc.). That being said, the last few times I've gotten a cold (maybe twice in the past few years that I've been taking these)...the cold was very mild and passed quickly so I do feel that they indeed help with immunity some. The taste of both flavors is good although I prefer the berry flavor. Please don't stop making these, Airborne!
