I used this product on a regular basis and have been for about 2 years now! It does exactly what it says it does. Ive noticed my nails and hair grow much faster, not to mention the fact that they are much stronger. I used to have very brittle nails that chipped way to easily. That is a thing of the past. I receive complements that I have beautiful nails that look professionally done, but they are just natural and i keep them up. My hair also looks healthier and grows like a weed! I have to get hair trims more often. The taste isn't that bad, other than the fact something has changed about this item. The label looks different and now instead of taking two pills daily, it now says to take 6. So now its more to take.and I dont like that but ive taken this so long I will continue to do so. On the plus, the pulls are small and not large, thank God! For what all this item does, you would figure it would be more expensive but its not. Its very affordable!

If your suffer from joint pain this is the collagen for you. My nails, and skin have changed for the better. I get compliments on my skin. Most people can’t believe I am sixty.

i bought my first bottle at bj’s and just finished so decided to buy here and was able to get same day shipping. these have been so good. my nails are definitely stronger. i noticed a difference in them in about two weeks. i am consistent with taking them everyday no matter what lol. i also take them at the same time everyday so that i remember. i do take them on an empty stomach and have had no issues. if you do experience pain or discomfort then take after eating. the pills are big but i just take two at a time. the bottle from bj’s was higher in dosage so they suggested 6. this one suggests 3 but i’ll continue taking 6. anyway i also feel like my skin is glowing idk it’s weird. for my hair it does feel thicker. i haven’t noticed lenght yet. mine also came sealed (thank God).

I absolutely LOVE this collagen supplement. The only downside is that the pills are quite large, making them challenging to swallow. I’ve noticed a remarkable difference in my hair, nails, and skin! My hairdresser even told me that my hair appears thicker every time I visit her. It’s incredibly beneficial for my skin , when I start developing a pimple and apply acne cream, it still forms, but with these supplements, it never fully develops. This keeps my skin clear, mind yall that I have sensitive skin. My nails are thick and strong too. I highly recommend it and I always make sure to reorder. Bonus: It has Vitamin C! Love it!
