Q: This wrestling shoe is for women, i wear 8 1/2 in women's, what size would i get in men's?

Men's size 7. There is usually a 1.5 size difference in men's and women's shoes sizes. Hope this helps :) these do run narrow if you have wide feet buy the 7w.

"Kids". Same thing as youth. The sizes go 1k-13.5k. Then start over at 1M. M standing for men's.

Q: Can this be used for boxing or for training your footwork?

Absolutely. I use them for boxing as well. The sole of a wrestling shoe has very little padding, so training footwork on a hard floor could be an issue. Ring work is not a problem though.
