its both. The top layer is pink & the bottom is purple. They are stitched together cannot be reversed

Q: what age group is this for?

We gave this watch to a 6 year old. The child probably needs to be a little bit older. It is a teaching watch so that takes a little work from the parents. We are the grandparents and we have not seen her use it.

Q: what age is this watch suitable for?

I bought this watch for my granddaughter, age 3, very petite little girl. The band is velcro so it will fit her little arm - she loves it because it is pink and purple and is Minnie Mouse. At first I bought a Minnie Mouse with a pink leather strap, but this one is more suitable for a little one.
