Only used it once so far
From what I can see I like it just fine. The true test will be when I moved in July last time it took about two weeks before my backpack better. Use it when I was cleaning in different definitely noticed a difference, it also helped to keep me aware of the need to move and reach an squat and whatever in the proper fashion.

A quality back support brace for a great price.
I have scoliosis and work a physical job at a humane society. Lots of lifting, repetitive motion, chasing dogs, you name it. I wear a support brace daily for my job and the one I had was old and not doing a great job. My coworker recommended one from experience at a previous job and said she wanted a new one, so we ordered two.These are fantastic. And the price? Most excellent.
