Works great for a small safe
These last a long time before needed a recharge. I put them in my safe and its a small safe and I put 2 pouches in it and they keep it nice and dry and keeps the musty smell out. Very happy how well they work. I had a hard time picking but I'm glad I picked these.

Works great and easy to use.
I use it to keep items in a safe dry. I live in a humid climate, so every time I open and close the safe, humid air will go inside and stay inside. This bag is about the size of my hand, so small enough to be out of the way. Easy to use. If the color tab changes, throw it in the microwave. Follow the directions on how to heat it. You'll see water droplets in the microwave after heating. Let it cool outside after heating. Throw it back in the safe. Done. Keeps the inside of the safe dry. I've only had to microwave it once in a 5 month period (I go into the safe maybe once a month).

I bought 2. Seems like a good product.
The folks who makes this item includes a note saying "if you ever question the accuracy of the color changing dot, a simple kitchen scale can help. The DryTote weighs roughly 105-110 grams dry and 135 grams when ready to be recharged." That being said I tested this with my first order of 5. All 5 was at or close to 135 grams. The dot did not change color. Luckily I ordered a second set of 5 and replaced them. I recommend recharging this product in the oven at 215 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 to 3 hours on the top rack. They should be good to go after they reach under 110 grams. Immediately put them in a large zip lock bag. The microwave method did not work for me.

Worked Well to Lower Humidity
I got the 100g rechargeable desiccant bags for some storage bins in my garage. They worked well to bring humidity down, which was a big help since I was worried about moisture damaging my tools and golf gear. I noticed a difference after a few days, and they’re easy to recharge in the oven when they’re full. The bags seem durable, and I like that I can reuse them. Good product for keeping storage spaces dry.

Moisture Leaves When These Arrive
I’ve packed gear into jungle crates, alpine bunkers, and a salt-streaked dock locker near the east coast. Moisture is patient: it waits, seeps, and slowly claims what’s left unattended. These DryTote desiccant packs help make sure that doesn’t happen. They’re built right: dense yellow fabric, field-ready stitching, nothing brittle or disposable. I keep a couple in the safe with a few mechanical watches that still wind smooth, in a chest holding paper I’d rather not digitize, and one in the travel humidor that’s crossed more borders than most people I know. They’re easy to spot, even in low light when you’re digging through gear that smells like old pine and solder. I slid one behind the avionics panel of a vintage recon bird we were refitting near Bordeaux. Kept the condensation off the wiring. Kept the radio dry enough to whisper. They don’t just keep your gear dry. They work hard to keep it as it was.Recommended.
