I've been diabetic for several years. I bought this awhile back to help lower my blood glucose numbers. I stopped using it because between diet, occasional meds, and exercise, I had my numbers under control. That was until I got a bad sinus and chest cold. My numbers went out of control. Graviola really worked for me. I had a burning kind of pain on the upper part of my foot, in front of the left ankle. Many nights the pain woke me up.
