Delicious!
Does not taste like soy sauce (Tamari is the closest taste for gluten free needs) but it has its own unique, sweet, less salty flavor and is delicious! I am obsessed with coconut aminos now, especially for asian food sauces and meat marinade. I use this stuff so much I finally just opted for this bigger bottle after going through 3 smaller bottles in a short time. and this brand is very good. Love that it is organic but wish it were in a glass bottle. I guess the plastic is less fragile for shipping, and they put tape around the lid so it did not leak at all during shipping, and being plastic keeps the cost down. I would not take a star off for this since I knew this when buying it. I would definitely buy this again.

I'm in love, this stuff is excellent!!
Gonna be a regular buyer of this organic coconut amino sauce, because I love it so much! I had been using Braggs, for a certain Earthy saltiness similar to soy sauce, but these coconut aminos are way different and way better, they're the kind of thing that I will use now just for flavor! They have a certain barbeque friendliness to them and they're just so yummy!! The Braggs are salty "in a bad way," but can be used as a salting sauce, not as a sauce per se. Reminds me of the difference between Goya salt and Himalayan salt. I'm currently trying to use up my Goya salt and then switch to Celtic sea salt, for my cooking salt. I will never by the Goya again because it's salty "in a bad way," whereas the Himalayan salt is salty in a good way, it's just delicious. I have not tried the Celtic yet, but I understand it tastes good, too, and has a lot of minerals. Anyway .... it's the same difference between Brags liquid aminos and these coconut aminos (I imagine that Braggs coconut aminos are good, too, but I like these from Kevala, so I'm sticking with them). This is just a yummy salting sauce and everyone should have a bottle in their cupboard. I highly recommend!!

Love the taste It is great.

Subtle sweetness.
Nice slight sweetness, perfect for making jerky. Gives it just enough sweetness but not overpowering when you want more of a Teriyaki flavor.

Sweet
It's a great alternative to soy sauce, but it does have a sweet flavor. We mix it with gochujang, garlic, water, and spices for a tofu marinade.

Deceptive labeling
The taste is good and the price is good, however the labeling is deceptive. They show nutrition contents by the TEASPOON rather than by the TABLESPOON. That triples what appears to be good low sodium and the same goes for the calories. So instead of 8 calories it is 24 and instead of 136 mcg of sodium it is actually 408 mcg sodium per serving by the Tablespoon. If you are watching your sodium this just might matter. Thanks for reading. Oh and if you are a soy sauce fan, the taste of this stuff is no where near a match. Sorry.

SO TASTY & HEALTHY!
I'm a huge fan of this brand of Organic Coconut Aminos. I've been using it for several years in my stir-frys, salad dressings, and my slow cooker meals. I've totally replaced soy sauce with it, since it's got great taste and it's lower in sodium. I always buy the bigger bottles to save money and just refill smaller bottles. The larger bottles last a very long time in the fridge. Well done!

Great substitute for soy sauce or tamari
I love asian cuisine, but find that I don't do well at most Asian restaurants because of the presence of soy, a common allergen and a food that I really can't eat without digestive consequences (I'll leave it at that...). It's been great to find this product to support my own cooking of any recipe that would call for soy sauce. I use this as a refill for a smaller bottle that is easier to handle, and once the bottle gets low, I refill it with the Kevala Coconut Aminos. The larger size is definitely cheaper per ounce compared to small bottles, so if you have the space, and need to avoid soy (or cook for someone who has to avoid soy), it's well worth getting.
