I tend to work out at home using a mixture of body weight and weight workouts. I have been on the lookout for a product to take intra workout that is going to boost my performance and this appeared to fit the bill.The taste of it is not bad but I do find it a bit weak and do have to add a little bit more than the recommended to get a decent taste.As far during the workout I don't really notice many benefits but I would definitely say my recovery has improved. As with most supplements it is just 1 piece of the puzzle and their are going to be other things to consider also but this is a step in the right direction.

Original package arrived damage and spilt into Amazon packaging. After leaving a review to this tune the seller actually sent a replacement and additional sample without me reaching out to them. Great service and will order again as the product is fantastic, keeps me hydrated during workouts, helps with recovery and the lemon flavour tastes great.

I am very disappointed with this product this time around...I have been purchasing this over the last 3 years and never have I had this issue...The powder has gone all lumpy and tastes off...I would like a full refund or replacement from seller
