We bought 3 of these, all duplicates - the same 24 animals in each! How does one get other animals if you're putting only the same 24 in each set?

There is a total of 96 different characters. Each 24 count box should not be the same, they also comes with a online code that wen redemeemed opens up with new characters. Every 24 count box should be random. If each box is exactly the same, that does not make sense. IHope this helps if not please ask another question.

Have the chests been opened from the factory wrapping , looted for good ones and you seal common ones back up to resell?

Our company is Evolution and all our packages come directly from sealed boxes, they are random.
