Fits 2003 maxdaspeed protege with high wing
Mazda uses black for ground (neg) and green with a yellow tracer for the brake light wire. I measured the bolt hole positions and new it would be close but that I might have to trim it to make it fit but it seems like a lot of these are parts bin lights and this one fits.

Works, with some adjustments
Despite looking as though it would fit perfectly, this was juuust a little off. I pared down each end maybe 1/4 in and expanded the hole so the screws would catch, then all went well. Lights up like brand new. Oh. I would advise taking the spoiler off to do this replacement. There are 4 hex screws you can easily find; you’ll need an extension for the far left / right ones. In fact I don’t think it’s possible to get the he wiring correctly placed unless the spoiler is off.

Perfect Fit
The spoiler brake light bar was down to about 5 bulbs working and needed replaced bad. This was an after market spoiler and I figured no way would I ever find a replacement. After measuring it and comparing bought it and it fit perfect. Nice and bright again ! So glad this works and so ez to install.

2002 Landcruiser Cygnus / LX470 Replacement
Excellent product. The fit is exactly the same as the burnt out LEDs that i replaced on my 2002 Landcruiser with spoiler. I did cut the old brake light off then soldered the new light in place, fortunately it came with plenty of wire length to make installation a breeze. Lights never looked brighter, highly recommend

Works for a 2005 Toyota Sequoia with Spoiler...after modification...but eventually DIED!
Toyota wants ~$260 for an OEM light (part # 81570-06060). This was worth the gamble. The shape of the light is exactly correct for my 2005 Toyota Sequoia. The original light had 36 LEDs so this is a perfect replacement.Modifications:The screw mounts were too deep for the spoiler. See pics. I used a forstner bit to shave it down but you can use a die grinder, or Dremel or whatever. That cut off the screw hole so I drilled a hole in the plugs for the screw mounts. I used some fender washers to lessen the pressure on those little plugs. Also, there's a little nub where the wire protector comes out the back of the light. The nub wouldn't fit through the wire hole in the spoiler. I took some pliers and carefully broke off the nub and filled the hole with E6000. Silicone or RTV would work just fine as a sealer.Once installed with some solder-shrinks to create a watertight connection for the wires, everything worked great.Based on the OEM part number, this should work for:2001-2007 Sequoia1999-2003 SolaraUpdate 7-26-2025 - 8 months later and my gamble didn't pay off. The light is flaky now. I saw it wasn't working when my daughter was driving the other day. I took it out, shook it and tapped on it. The lights would come on and off, but not fixable that I can tell. I may try to buy another and gamble again...

Direct replacement for CarID spoiler on 2016 altima
I have been searching everywhere for this led brake lamp. Spoiler manufacturer doesn't offer a replacement. All other lamps I found, the measurements were not right. I was down to 4 or 5 leds still working. This lamp wires right up and fits like original!! Thank you 😊

Fit my 2006 Toyota Sequoia SR5 perfectly
Like others, I had a few leds out. I had to top the circular tabs on the old one to expose the screws, then remove them. The wiring ran from the middle on the old and new lights, whichworked perfectly. I cut the old wire and cover, stripped the end, and put crimp connectors joining them. This fit on my 2006 Toyota sequoia sr5 perfection. ** note there are 2 center brake lights, one 16.5" and the other 21". I needed the 16.5" one.
