These do decrease the bags under my eyes, but they don't stay on very well & why black? I know other vendors have clear ones.

The eye patch is good and easy to apply, only takes like 15-20 mins. It sticks to the skin and is soothing. However, I would advise using it carefully if you have sensitive skin under your eyes, since the caffeine may cause a burning sensation. Otherwise, the product is good for baggy and dark eyes. It might be a bit expensive for some people, though.

The eye masks work, but no better than others I have bought and cost less.

It is not what I expected. I bought this before several times but I am not satisfied with this recent purchase. I have to buy other eye mask product. Check for expiration date please.
