The zipper is a little stiff but is no problem with the T-handle slide. This cooler really keeps stuff cold. Whether you’re at work or lounging by the pool, cold drinks are readily available. The construction seems to be solid and has multiple carry options.

Great size and keeps things cold. Excellent quality and the zipper is really good. Wipes out easily and is lightweight. Is acceptable to take on a cruise ship.

This cooler keeps the contents cold longer than any "soft" cooler I've used in the past. The zipper can be tough to manipulate, but that is due to the cooler being completely waterproof and floating. It does come with a tube of lubricant to put on the zipper, and this helps. Sturdy, effective, and at a great price, skip the trendy stuff and stick with RTIC.

This was a nice cooler but it was not tall enough to hold a bottle standing upright and the pocket on front was useless. It was too tight and small to do anything with.

Great quality. The zipper is a bit hard to use but insures a good seal. Keeps everything cold for long term. Light weight. I recommend.

This is a great cooler, I love it, it keeps stuff cool. The only problem is the zipper pull. I bought it August 2, 2023, used it about 6 times and the zipper pull just broke. It is hard to open without the zipper pull. The one the model came with is flimsy. I bought a replacement pull from Amazon it's a Jmoe USA Clippable Replacement T-Latch Zipper Pull and it works fine. Unless Rtic has made changes to the pull don't be surprised if it breaks after a few uses.

We use this cooler to take drinks to friends and families houses for holidays and dinners. It holds a good amount of cans and is tall enough to add things on top. My only negative is the zipper is hard to use and it does come with lubricant but doesn’t make it zip or unzip that much easier.

But here's the deal: once it seals shut, that zipper ain't coming undone. It's tighter than your pants after a week of Thanksgiving leftovers. It's like this thing got a PhD in holding things hostage.I gotta admit, there's a certain charm to this cooler's determination. It's like a clingy ex who just won't let go. But hey, my drinks need to spread their wings and fly, mingle with other beverages and have a grand ol' party. Instead, they're stuck in the cooler, forming a support group for trapped liquids.Now, I'm not one to complain without offering a solution. RTIC, my buddy, my pal, I kindly request a refund for this ice-cold comedian of a cooler. While I appreciate the laughs, I also appreciate my beverages having a fighting chance at socializing. It's time to set them free, like the wild stallions they were born to be.So, to all you adventurous souls out there eyeing this cooler: be prepared for an epic insulation experience. But bring a backup plan for drink liberation, because this zipper's grip is tighter than a clam's squeeze on a pearl.In the end, let's raise our glasses to a cooler that means well but could use some zipper-zazz.
