Missing screws
Product showed up in a box within a bag mailer, box was mangled and bags inside had been opened, clearly been opened by someone else prior and was probably returned, missing screws

Good but sloppy packaging
This product got job done and was good quality, but packaging was sloppy and the Green "Vacant" / Red "In Use" sticker was slightly off. This lock was used for a bathroom with elderly users, and the small amount of Green showing on the outside while occupied (but mostly Red / In use) throws them off, thinking the lock doesnt work, kind of like those outdoor toilets where the red / green is a little off and people try to open door when you are in there.

Love this! It works so well - smooth!
My handyman easily added this to my bathroom door. It's the best part of the bathroom... knowing when it's already occupied.

Indicator Does Not Line Up Completely
Normal deadbolt, easy installation. However, the red and green indicators do not line up completely. On one bolt a slice of the green shows when occupied, on the other, just the opposite, a slice of the red shows when unoccupied. I didn't see an obvious way to correct the misalignment as the mechanism falls into a detent, and the housing cannot be rotated due to the bolts holding it together. Another user asked if the red and green plate could be removed and someone said that was possible. I haven't tried removing the deadbolt and tearing it down to maybe repaint some of the disk?
