The adhirasam didn’t come out well
Making adhirasam dough is a real challenge, that’s why we buy this ready made one, but even this was a failure. Two problems are:1. Hole was getting created in the center of adhirasam as soon as we put it in the oil.2. After making it was hard and rubbery. Jaws were hurting after biting and chewing it.My own dough was far better.

The Adirasam was hard and it taste is also not the best better you buy from the nearest sweet shops if you can't cook Adirasam at house.

This is really very good item.but you have to fry this properly, needs some cooking experience.Very reasonable price.add a pinch of salt and white sesame.
