It's cute. Reminds me of the 70's!16"The fit is almost perfect. I have a small neck. It doesn't have enough space to put my finger between it and my neck.This wouldn't for a larger neck.It's cute enough I hope it never breaks.I'd gift it-tho to a small neck lol
