Buy this!
I would give 6 stars if I could.I’ve been vegan for 20 years; have tried so many other tofu presses, none worked anywhere near as well as this one. It is not only extremely effective, it is easy to use( the rubber bands are VERY tight, so that may require a bit of strength) it is easy to clean and easy to store. Highly recommend.

Works great every time and we've been using it for months.
This thing works great and is easy to use. Really takes the work and mess out of squeezing the water out of tofu. Just throw the tofu in, put the lid on, and pour it out occasionally. Its made of thick plastic and as the thick durable rubber part to apply the pressure to the tofu. We've been using it for months with no issues. I will say since its 3 parts it does take up more room in the dishwasher. But the time it saves us cooking, quality it provides to the tofu, and easy of use is worth it.

Finally, Tofu Pressing Without the Mess!
I wish I had found this tofu press sooner! It’s super easy to use—pop in the tofu, clip it shut, and toss it in the fridge. No stacks of books, no soggy paper towels, and definitely no mess on the counter. I love that it presses evenly without cracking the tofu, and the adjustable settings are great for different block sizes. It even works well for gently draining silken tofu when I make sauces. The water collects neatly at the bottom, and cleanup is a breeze (dishwasher-safe is a win!). You can tell it’s made with quality materials, and the fact that it’s BPA-free and vegan-approved seals the deal. I highly recommend it to anyone who cooks tofu regularly—this thing takes all the hassle out of the process! The best part of this contraption is that the tofu flavor is 10x better than regular pressing.

presses tofu well and doesn't take long
Love the tofu press. I use it very often and it presses the tofu very effectively and doesn't take that long. It upped my tofu game for sure. I use the press first and cut them up and pop them in air fryer, the crispiest tofu ever. only thing I didn't like was one of the strip got half torn, so definitely using it until it breaks.

I haven't used tofu for years because . . . well, every time I tried it again, it just seemed mealy and blah. It'd fall apart in a stir-fry, and was just generally soft and bland and unappealing. This device has made all the difference. I'm not sure how I heard about tofu presses, but after reading a lot of descriptions and reviews, I took a chance on this one. WOW!! What a difference! I LOVE this press. It's simple, easy to use, and super effective. In the two or three months since I received it, I think I've gone through about ten or twelve 16-oz packages of extra firm tofu. The press just makes tofu so much better. Use firm or extra firm, though, as It doesn't work on soft or silken tofu, which are too soft and consist of too much water and too little substance. Go for the firm or, better yet, extra firm. And you'll get more value for your money with the extra firm. Also, after you press a block overnight or longer, you can freeze it, and it will just get a chewier consistency.RECIPE: After pressing overnight and/or thawing, cut into cubes and bake at 350 in a single layer in a sprayed baking dish for 1/2 hour, stir, then pour on a sauce of: 3 Tbl natural creamy peanut butter, 2 Tbl tamari/soy sauce, 1 Tbl toasted sesame oil, 3-4 Tbl grated ginger, 1 Tbl crushed garlic, and water to a spreadable consistency. Bake for another 1/2 hour (or 45 min if you like it chewier.) What you get is this wonderfully delicious protein source that you can eat right out of the dish, use warm in all kinds of dishes, serve alone as an appetizer, or add cold to a salad.The Tofuture press really is a wonderful product, and I'm grateful to have found it. And I've gotten two friends to buy one too, and they're both thrilled. Finally, something that makes tofu palatable.
