Phenomenal multivitamins that act as an all-in-one package. The 3 in one strip makes keeping track of supplements real easy. My only complaint is that the price of £24 for a 28 day supply is a bit steep, but I guess you pay for the convenience.

I use multivitamins daily so when I saw this 3 in 1 pack from Healthspan I had to give them a go.I've had vitamins fom Healthspan before and know they provide top quality products.For £24.99 you get a 28 days supply of tablets and the dosage is 3 a day which come in handy strip packs - so if you went away for a few days you can just take what you need and don't have to take the whole box.They're really convenient and give you peace of mind you're giving your body everything it needs.Will be buying again.

Tis is not one tablet does all, it is take 3 separate tablets that are side by side in a blister pack. These are quite expensive. However, if you were to buy them separately, you would probably pay as much, if not more. It is one months supply. It is the vitamins and minerals that are recommended for good health and starting to take them some years ago, I feel I have fewer colds etc. Omega 3 is also vital and without this supplement, I almost certainly would not come close to the recommended dose. The Omega 3 is the largest of the capsules but is smaller than some I have had. This is a good convenient way to take essential vitamins, minerals, omega 3 etc from one pack.

I use this one for when I am travelling, I just cut the packaging to the number of servings I need and throw it in the bag.Having all I need packaged together makes my life so much easier when packing for a weekend away.For the price is not a bad deal at all. £25 for a fill month of multivitamin+omega3+bacteria is pretty decent.
