Great value
Overall, this fridge has met or slightly exceeded my expectations. I had it sitting in a wish list for a while as a wine fridge is definitely a bit of a splurge. Black Friday came along and I had to pull the trigger.I was worried that a fridge at this price would disappoint, but so far that has not been the case. It did arrive with some damage to a hinge and the door had fallen off. Couple of screws later, and it’s fine.I fit 24 bottles and 12 cans of wine and the dual zone temp controls have been great. It’s whisper quiet! That was a big concern because it’s in our primary living and my working space. We don’t even notice it.I can’t speak to longevity yet, but I’m very pleased we went with this unit. It looks great and works really well with minimal noise.

33 bottle capacity
Edited: Customer service contacted me after reading this review and returned the difference in the price. I have to say that’s above and beyond in addition to the replacement it’s been really convenient and with such a great customer service experience you really can’t go wrong even if things aren’t 100%. They will do their best to make it that way.Original:We ordered the 33 capacity fridge and the original one came with a manufacturer defect. The door had been installed at an angle making it look unleveled. I called and got a replacement pretty quickly. Just annoyed this made it past the quality control for the price. My second and biggest issue was the price. We paid $500 for this fridge and not even a week later it’s $375. Wish I had waited and maybe even bought something else entirely. The new one came with the control cover having fallen off in transport but was able to be fixed. It’s quiet and fits what we need, but forget sparkling wine bottles, you’ve gotta remove shelves for those. If you’re paying $375 do it, it’s fine for that price. But if it goes back up to $500 buy a better product.

Keeps the Savy B nice and cold
This is a great wine fridge. It has two separate zones for white and red. It doesn't make a ton of noise and can store quite a bit of wine.

Great product and even better customer service
This wine fridge is great, and fits in a tight spot which was hard to find. The customer service team is great! Highly recommend!

A Gucci lil' appliance
We have added this fancy lil' fridge to our kitchen and have had it in our home for several months. We do feel a bit chic having a wine beverage fridge. We purchased this fridge for the dual zone capabilities. I may be a bit trashy as I do love me my white wine supa chilled not at the recommended 44-55 F, which depends on whether or not it is light or more bodied. I prefer cold, therefore we place white wines on the right side (at lowest temp of 38 F) and reds on the left (set at 55 F). Hubby and I really dig this little appliance as it sleek and sexy both day and night and keeps good temps. At night, the blue light is bright so I would not recommend this in a bedroom (I guess I mention this 'cause fancy peeps may have a beverage fridge in or near their bedroom for when they are parched during the night). Prior to purchasing, we were concerned about the noise that others mentioned. Yes, okay, it does make noise when cooling, but nothing for which I would normally comment. Further, don't we all have appliances in our homes that make noise, such as my fridges, furnaces, washers and dryers? It is by NO means as loud as a furnace. I would describe it as a soft "hummm" when chilling and most often we do not even notice it. We would definitely purchase again.

Poor refrigerator
I bought this and it never worked. I was doing over my kitchen and by the time it was ready to installed I could not return it.

Great Product and Great Customer Support
We purchased this cooler to replace a similar NewAir cooler that failed after less than 4 years' service. We had never heard of Phiestina, but noticed that a lot of people seemed to like their coolers. So we took a chance. After a couple weeks using this cooler ... we're quite happy with both the product and the company. It arrived sooner than promised, but suffered some internal cosmetic damage that was likely the result of a packaging error. Enter Phiestina Customer Service: They were technically knowledgeable and very, very helpful resolving our issue. We are also pleased with the cooler itself. It has gotten our attention by being whisper quiet for a compressor unit and quite capable of cooling to precise temperatures quickly. We also note that the internal lighting is more subtle (and more useful) than the NewAir's bright light. Another plus for this cooler is the wire shelves. We like these because the NewAir's wood shelves absorbed wine spills and looked pretty ugly after awhile. Makes the inside of the cooler far more cleanable. All in all, we believe this cooler is far superior to our dead NewAir at similar cost.

Didn’t live up to expectation
Exterior look is great. Sound is minimal. Temperature control is spot on. However the main purpose is to hold as many wine bottles as it was designed to fit.I had hoped to fit the advertised 29 bottles of wine however I have found it impossible. I’ve managed to squeeze 25 bottles by stacking on the individual shelves, however I have to take bottles out of the shelf above before I can pull bottles out of the shelf I need to access. I played around with different shaped bottles and I still don’t find stacking to work well. And if you don’t stack then 3 bottles per rack is all you’ll fit. No one wants to buy this to fit 15 bottles so I did my best to stack. Each time I pull the loaded (stacked) shelf I think it’s going to break because I feel it bend a little. I miss my prior fridge’s metal racks that had no give and had specific grooves where each bottle would fit nicely.
