Excellent!!
I recently received the game Skyjo, and it arrived in perfect condition with all its pieces intact and well-packaged. The cards were crisp and undamaged, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s a fun and engaging game that’s easy to learn but still offers plenty of strategy to keep things interesting. My family and I had a blast playing it the first night—it’s fast-paced, lighthearted, and great for all ages. Highly recommend for game nights or as a gift!

Must Have Game!
Family favorite, I’ve now bought 3 for other families for gifts. Easy game, fun, can play with a lot of people if you want to, you can even change up the rules slightly for fun. We love this game!

Great Family Game
Thrilling, annoying, deceptive, strategic, and addictive all describe Skygo. This colorful card game can keep you at the edge of your seat for quite a while. If you happen to be hungry while playing Skygo, well you are in luck, as the manufacturers claim that “when playing, your hands are free, so you can count points or eat snacks.” In other words, if you are at a family gathering playing and want to chow down on some food, go right ahead. You will not have to worry about dropping the cards as they are not meant to be kept in your hands but rather stay on the table in a 3x4 grid, of which the cards are initially facing down. If you like looking at the cards you have directly, this may not be the game for you. Sound strange and need more details? You may begin looking at your cards whenever it is your turn either by taking the card from the preceding player or the top card from the draw pile. This is where all the excitement starts! You could have the luck of a lottery winner by receiving a -2 (the lowest a card can go) or not so much when you pull a 12 (the highest a card can go) from the draw pile. The strategic part then comes in, as you decide where you want to place the card. You may get rid of a column by having three of the same upward facing cards. It may be nerve-wracking when you replace a downward facing card with the one you just chose as you could have just awarded the next person the card they have been aching for the past few rounds. The smartest move, however, could also be the riskiest move by placing a card that the next person needs in your grid, blocking them from going out. The goal of the game is to have the lowest amount of points until someone has revealed all of their cards. If someone were to reveal all of their cards, every other player is given one last chance to better their score. Also, you could be the reason why the person who went out first has to double their points if you happen to end with a lower score than theirs.Yes, this game is fairly simple and yes, this game is similar to many other games (golf, Uno, etc.), but that should not stop you from buying this game. Even though this game has an easy concept, it allows for nice and smooth gameplay with everyone at the table, regardless of age and attention span. For the young ones, this game brings in an educational value with addition and learning how to take turns. For teenagers, young adults, and adults of the family, this game is strategic. This especially holds true depending on how many people play the game. If there are two people, the low point cards will be flying everywhere. However, if there are eight people, the best move could be collecting the higher cards and placing them in a column (3 cards) to get rid of them. While some may say that they have “no clue how to play” or “took a while to learn,” some may find a bright side to that. A few practice rounds in and you could potentially find yourself having fun with others.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This game is a huge hit with my family. It is fun and encourages fun interaction and a bit of critical thinking. SkyJo is perfect for all ages - my 6-year old grandson picked it up quickly and could add his final score with just a bit of support. The game introduced him to the concept of negative numbers. High quality materials; quick, easy, and fun game!
Skyjo arrived well packed in its original box and was encased within an outer white opaque bubbly-packing envelope for further protection and security. As someone who plays many types of card and table-top games, I appreciate sturdy, attractive storage containers. I am very pleased with the size and sturdiness of this box. It is one of the strongest game boxes I have seen. The cards are well made of a sturdy, possibly laminated paper. My husband and I learned this game recently while visiting a couple of friends; we were able to learn it fairly quickly; we enjoyed it so much that I ordered a copy within a few days. We plan on taking it with us when we go on vacation. I highly recommend this fun and quick game.
