I originally bought these big rectangular backboard because I thought it would give me better coverage, but it ended up moving around too much and being super uncomfortable. This one takes a day or two to get used to but is the best. My massage therapist recommends it to all of her customers. It stays in place and really helps swelling go down in your lower back. If you have trouble with it moving around but the OK Kinesiology tape to keep it in place.

Exactly what I needed for my surgery! It’s comfortable enough to wear it all day.

The first two picture show the product on the left.this border is sooo thin and flimsy. I bought it because I lost the original I bought on the right. You can see the comparison of how thick the other one is. Using this particular board with my Faja has not left any indentation or compressions while being used. I have to use my wrap in order to even feel some type of compression compared to the thicker board that does add compression and forms a shape for my abdomen. I was trying to save money and I bought this one because it was cheap cheaper but now you can see the quality really matches it’s value.
