Memory card makes me reformat every time
It is useless due to the memory card. Its probably user error but I tried everything.

Great pen for the price. USB to SB converter doesn’t work.
The USB to SD converter device doesn’t fit in USB ports. This is insane. I had to go out an buy a micro SD card adapter. It would’ve been nice to just have to use the USB to SD converter.

Not as described
This thing on/off/record process is not as described. I see two holes and camera in front. It does record. But the 2nd light does not do anything. It has the same problem that you cannot tell what state it's in.

Garbage that never worked
The following message was sent to the seller and totally ignored: "I purchased this in March but did not open it until yesterday. I charged with my laptop as directed for three hours but it became very hot and the flashing red light never turned blue. I disconnected to let it cool off and tried to charge it for another three hours tonight. Same result. Became very hot and red light never turned blue. It is useless and I would like a refund or replacement prior to leaving feedback on Amazon." Amazon was unable to help today because it was more than 30 days since I bought it and the item has no warranty.

Works great
This pen is amazing! A friend bought this as a gift for me. I needed it due to some scary stuff happening around me. I caught everything on camera that I needed to.
