Not insulated
While my child certainly loves Ryan, I was disappointed in this water bottle. There is no insulation in it at all, so when you fill the stainless steel bottle with ice & water you essentially now have an ice cold, sweating piece of stainless steel. Its uncomfortable for the kids to hold and it makes a wet mess all over the furniture or clothes.One of the least favored bottles we own.

Horrible design for toddlers
Firstly, it leaks like crazy. My daughter just flips it over and her drink comes spilling out. Secondly, she has a hard time figuryout the straw. It's huge for her mouth. It looks uncomfortable when she drinks. It's way too big for her. The straw is too short and the lid gets in the way of her drinking. Thirdly, it's not easy to clean. None of the parts come apart. You can't really scrub it clean. You can't take apart the straw. I like the other zak cups. I will be shipping this back. Horrible design for toddlers.

I don't know how to describe it, this cup looks very beautiful, the children also like it, I bought it at a discount, there are two cups in total, one of the cups has a scratch, and the lid is too difficult to fasten, it needs to be put on by a lot of efforts, children often can not put on, I think this needs to be improved. It's not expensive, so I don't bother returning it。
