I’m not a competitive swimmer by any means. I bought this to keep my hair from tangling up while swimming in our pond. It does the trick. I was a little worried about the “one size” but it fits snugly without giving me a headache.

NOT for Long Hair or Large Head
In my search to get a swim cap that is large enough for my big head and ample hair I ordered several Speedo swim caps, and not one of them is for long hair/large head despite the product description. I already have an assortment of other swim caps that claimed to be for large heads and/or long hair (some worked for a while, but finally tore) as well as several regular size swim caps. This Speedo is the same size as the other regular size swim caps. It is NOT for large heads or long hair. Even with my hair down (so taking up less room at the top of my head), this swim cap only covered about half of my head! DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED MORE COVERAGE!!
