Good Product
The balloons and applicator are as described and worked great. It does take a little bit of time to do but worth the money to me. I simply refill the stems as I am watching tv. Way cheaper then the ones already done at the store.

Works, easy to do, time consuming
It is time consuming but definitely works. When I watch TV at night I do some saves a lot of money.

Works well but time consuming!
Ok it’s not the easiest to get on, but it does work!!! You have to thread the rubber ties onto the needle and then lace the ballon on the straw and then roll the rubber band on. My kids love it so it’s worth the time refilling the balloons.

Very good value to refil your balloon kit
Bought a few packs of these because the kids love to throw water balloons in the summer. I am too cheap to keep buying the pre-made kits, it just feels like it is a little too much money for those. I don't mind sitting in the patio putting together new sets while the kids play. It probably takes about 5 minutes to re-thread all the new balloons onto an empty hose adapter. I would guess that maybe 1 out of 50 pop while filling up. But I really don't think that is an issue when you have a few thousand extra to replace it with.

Excited to try and then got frustrated
Concept sounded easy enough until you have to put the rubber band on the ballons.Very time consuming process and many of the ballons would rip in the prefill stages and then when filled they broke or if not used in about 10 minutes they started losing water.This was not just a generic refill problem because even the "brand" name ballons lost water rather quickly.For the price, i did end up with a ton of water ballons to fill up the old-fashioned way.Overall, not impressed and give two thumbs down and do not recommend to others.

Messy but work
Confetti explosion! The balloons were everywhere all over in the bag. They work as intended...but were a mess.

Did not receive the bands which defeats the purpose... no rapid fill. No way to close the itty bitty balloons.

Nice and cost effective
My child loves them, for well with other brands! No issues and a lot for the money, compared to name brands
